When you’re going through perimenopause your monthly cycle can get quite erratic, and you never know when it will start. On the days for when I think it may happen, these thong underwear are perfect. They are not super thick like wearing a diaper, and don’t look like period underwear. They look like regular thong underwear. The crotch portion is as breathable as you can get with this type of material, so they don’t make you unbearably hot. I didn’t see any lines outside of my clothes because they are a very soft, satiny material. They are also cut generously enough to offer adequate protection. A different, main name brand cuts this area too narrowly and can allow leaks, I felt more secure with this pair. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly, and comfortably.

I only wear period panties now instead of wasting pads. I really love these, they feel absorbent but not overly thick so you can get away with wearing them out. I had a long shoot day and wanted extra protection so I wore these along with my normal period products and it was a life saver! The sizing was perfect. Accurate fit. I will definitely be using these every time its that time of the month.
